☀️ Today’s Weather
Monday is going to feel more like late May than mid-April, warm, windy, and a little unpredictable. Expect a cloudy start with any leftover light rain wrapping up by 8 AM, followed by some brief dry spells and even a few peeks of sunshine. But don't put the umbrella away just yet. Scattered rain and thunderstorms are expected to roll back in around noon and stick around into the afternoon, so keep that in mind if you're heading out. High of 72, low of 56 tonight with a milder breeze.

1. A Terrifying Night in LaFayette Ends with Two Dead Just after 1:30 AM Sunday morning, troopers responded to Shute Road in LaFayette after reports of an erratic driver speeding through residential yards. The female driver struck a woman with her truck before police arrived, and when a trooper showed up, the driver had already run over the victim a second time and struck another man who tried to help. A neighbor had tried to block the car with his own vehicle and got rammed for it. The trooper opened fire after repeated commands to stop were ignored; the driver was taken to Upstate University Hospital, where she later died. It's a genuinely shocking story, and our hearts go out to everyone involved.
